TeSuCon successfully built a name in project management for many different customers. Projects can consist of new installations, dismantling, replacement of main components and so on. Our services can be used before, during and after the project execution. During the project preparation our services include the setup of Method Statements, transportation and crane plans, lifting tools and quality and safety assurances. In the executions phase we take care of the coordination and supervision of the subcontractors. All our activities are periodically communicated and fully reported in writing. TeSuCon offers the full range of the whole project management from preparation until take over, based on fixed price or actual costs. We can even take over the responsibility of the project including contractor selection and contracting.
